Really, though, would you expect the Harris County Homeland Security and Emergency Management agency to be the kind of organization with the foresight to test web pages in different browsers?

Our IT people at work won’t support Firefox (i.e., if you want to log into our system from home using the extranet) — because they say they have to spend so much time on making sure it works with I.E. that they don’t have time to work with it on Firefox! !!!!

Fortunately it works 85% of the time – and 100% for what I do, which is just read emails and listen to voicemails. But how ludicrous is that. If I were an IT person, I’d think I’d *require* that my employees use Firefox!
