They’re out running the streets!
I don’t know why I find wandering shopping carts so amusing, I really don’t. But I do love them! I’ve never seen quite so many out and about anywhere else I’ve lived.

Many of the grocery stores in my neighbourhood have mechanisms on their shopping carts that prevent them from leaving the parking lot. If you try to take a shopping cart out of the parking lot, the wheels seize up and the cart stops suddenly.
