It rained today, so the usual thing happened – enormous amounts of garbage came floating up Buffalo Bayou. Just a little reminder than Houstonians think of the outdoors as a place for cars to move through, and to throw trash out of said cars.
This was the view from my office, though you really can’t see just how amazing the amount of garbage is:

Looks like Muddy Creek in Boston (the “stream” between Mass Ave and Kenmore Square, under the Storrow Drive flyover ramps to Boylston).
Looks like the Charles River in Boston too!
