John July 10, 2009 at 1:05 pm: That it is. But not as much bigger as you’d think. It’s 912 square feet, plus a finished room w/ bath off the garage. (The DC house was 673 square feet.)

It looks much bigger because it’s not a rowhouse, and it’s on a 5000 square foot lot instead of my postage stamp in Logan Circle .
